Process Cookbooks.

Open methods for substrate sterilization, inoculation, growth-chamber operation, heat-treatment, and finishing. Each cookbook is a versioned, reproducible recipe with full energy accounting in joules. Permissive license. Anyone with a workshop and an inoculation hood can build a regional grower from these recipes alone.
